Return and Refund Policy
At BounceLabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bouncelabs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the damage.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
