1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum order value required.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery timeframes

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 5-8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

5. Order tracking

A tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@bouncelabs.com

6. Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions for redelivery or collection. BounceLabs is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

7. Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at oscaroconnor1999@hotmail.co.uk and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
